Caleb Armstrong — President & CEO
Caleb Armstrong founded Armstrong Residential with hands-on experience across nearly every trade in construction and heavy timber operations. He built the company around a straightforward conviction: rural homeowners deserve a contractor who can handle the full scope of their property — legally, properly, and without passing the work off to someone who doesn't know the land. Caleb remains actively involved across the trades, bringing field-level knowledge to every project Armstrong takes on.
Armstrong Residential has a clear dedication to providing local families opportunities with good-paying jobs and year-round work. Because Armstrong operates across such a wide range of trades, employees gain vital skills in multiple disciplines — from timber operations and framing to finish carpentry and heating, ventilation & air conditioning. Armstrong Residential makes annual contributions to non-profit construction services focused on three causes Caleb cares deeply about — and in one case, made history doing it.
Veteran Home Repairs
Armstrong makes annual contributions to non-profit construction services dedicated to repairing homes for veterans. Skilled trades, donated labor, and a genuine commitment to the men and women who served.
Affordable Homeownership
Armstrong supports low-to-moderate income families in attaining independent homeownership — providing construction services, advocacy, and pathways to ownership that would otherwise be out of reach.
Caldor Fire Disaster Recovery
In response to the 2021 Caldor Fire, Armstrong built the first limited density owner-builder residence in El Dorado County — a landmark achievement in the county's recovery effort. Through the non-profit construction corporation Caleb founded, Armstrong has provided disaster recovery construction services across multiple regions and multiple years, helping fire-affected families and communities rebuild when they needed it most.
El Dorado County Certificate of Recognition — District 2 Supervisor George Turnboo presents NPCC's Certificate of Recognition from the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors to Caleb Armstrong, President and CEO. Both Turnboo and Armstrong bring deep roots in the timber and logging industry to their shared commitment to rural community recovery and forest stewardship in El Dorado County.
